Though it's a bit more time consuming, we make our own everything: caramel, fruit purees, pastries, citrus and fruit curds, reductions and infusions. The cake is tender and moist. And our Italian Buttercream is a cloud-like meringue buttercream, never cloyingly sweet or grainy, that makes flavors shine.
